Download the Moovance application from your favorite store and sign up.
Once you have registered with Moovance, click on the “carpool” button on the home page. You will be asked to connect to “Mon Compte Mobilité” via FranceConnect from the Moovance application.
FranceConnect is a device that guarantees the user’s identity, ensuring security and transparency in the premium claim process.
To complete the registration process, you need to enter your phone number and driver’s license number in the Moovance application.
This information is crucial for verifying your eligibility and ensuring the smooth operation of the bonus program.
Now that the registration process is complete in Moovance, you can start your shared journey. All you have to do is click again on the “carpool” button on the Moovance app home page. Select your “driver” status and have all your passengers scan the QR code.
We’re off! You can start your journey by carpooling.
After each carpool trip, you have 24 hours to validate the trip in the Moovance application. This validation ensures that eligible journeys are correctly registered for the purpose of claiming the Carpooling Reward.
This process has been optimized to be as smooth and straightforward as possible, enabling more people to benefit from the Carpooling Bonus 2023 and Carpooling Bonus 2024.
You’ll find your carpooling journeys to be validated in your Moovance application in the “journeys to be validated” section. Carpooling journeys will be marked with a special badge on the journey to make them easier to identify.

To qualify for the Carpooling Bonus, several conditions must be met:
– Be of legal age and reside in France.
– Be a natural person holding a driver’s license
– Carpool as a driver.
– Journeys must be under 80 km, to encourage carpooling over short distances.
The Carpooling Reward is paid in the form of Mooves in the application, which can then be converted into euros.
This bonus scheme is part of the government’s drive to promote greener habits and reduce carbon emissions.

The recovery of the Carpooling Bonus in euros is structured to encourage continuity in the practice of carpooling. Here’s how to recover your carpooling bonus with Moovance:
Users must validate their carpooling journeys in the application. The first €25 of the bonus is awarded on validation of the first trip, and the remaining €75 is awarded on validation of the tenth trip.
Following validation of the journeys, Moovance undertakes a 7-day verification period during which the validity of the journeys and the eligibility of the driver are checked to ensure compliance with the Carpooling Reward conditions.
Once the verification period is over, the bonus is credited in the form of Mooves in the application. The “Moove” is our virtual currency which can be converted into euros.
Users can then go to the “Wallet” section of the application to request a transfer of their bonus to their bank account. Simply enter your bank details and request the transfer.
Once the bank details have been entered and the transfer request made, the Carpooling Bonus is paid into the user’s bank account.
